Medical history / Medical referrals:
Whilst every care will be taken to help you exercise in a way which will not aggravate any injuries or illnesses you may have, all lessons are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Pilates will, in nearly every case, improve conditions of back, neck & hip pain & shoulder, knee & ankle functions etc & is an extremely SAFE form of exercise even through pregnancy up to 6 weeks before and after birthing but if in any doubt please seek medical advice! Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns regarding your ability to exercise or follow any of my suggestions.
We regret that we cannot accept liability for any injuries you may incur whilst exercising due to pre-existing medical conditions. We strongly recommend for those who have been referred by a Physiotherapist or Doctor that you book one or more ‘Boost one to one sessions’ to get the best out from your class & to be made aware of customised modifications that you can utilise within the class.
Enrolment to classes signifies agreement to the above Booking Terms & Conditions. These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances. I really hope to be able to help you achieve a real transformation & I look forward to our time together. Pilates is an amazingly powerful tool for increased quality of life. Please see testimonials on my website from students explaining their inspiring before & after story!
A warm welcome to you!
