About Aldwick Pilates

I offer a progressive programme faithful to Pilates principles with individual correction and care for each student. Students are taught how to tune into their muscles & retrain them for efficient use. This helps to reduce everyday wear & tear & stresses on the body. There is an emphasis on the body as a whole with each part being taught to play its part fully.
