Pilates Helps Pain

A Physio-informed Pilates workshop: June 18th, 6pm Bognor Regis

Pilates Workshop Thursday 18th June, 6 -7pm at The Track, Station Way, Bognor Regis

A private, physio-informed Pilates service for people who want real results:

“It’s not really general Pilates. I use Pilates as a tool, but everything is tailored based on how your body moves.

Think of it as a mix between Pilates and a physio-style approach—but focused on long-term results helping people with back or joint pain & restriction go from constant discomfort to moving freely again using a tailored, clinical Pilates approach.

We look at what’s actually causing the issue—whether that’s posture, weakness, or compensation patterns—and then correct it step by step. Your body mechanics are harnessed to work for you not against you.

AldwickPilates isn’t general Pilates classes. Every session is tailored using a clinical, assessment-led approach to identify the root cause of pain, poor posture, or movement issues.  Using precise, targeted exercises, I help clients reduce pain, improve alignment, and build long-term strength—so their body works properly again.”

If you are curious to discover the power of Pilates, what it can actually deliver, you can attend the workshop on June 18th, £12 per person (Limited to 8 people)

In this workshop you will understand the power of Pilates and the body mechanics that can be harnessed to transform body dysfunction to healthy function.  Make simple changes to everyday movement and posture to experience fuller function again.  See the before and after reviews of the obvious changes my clients have made by working with me.  Resolve back and joint pain and regain fuller functionality.
